I enjoyed this video a lot because I've seen the original video and I know where the music is from. The name of the series is Touhou and video that was cropped onto the piece of paper came from the YouTube video Bad Apple which was fan made many years ago. The video itself showcases all of the characters from the 6th Touhou game to the 11th Touhou game in the series which is why most people have no idea who all the characters in the video are. In terms of stop motion this video is very impressive to watch. The person pretty much had to screenshot or capture each of the frames that were present onto the video and imported them to that small sheet of paper. While it may not seem impressive it does capture the one thing that makes stop motion animations stand out and that is time. The only realistic way I could see someone doing this would be to download the video and look at each frame in the editing software that they used but this video is even more impressive because it is 11 years old. This means that they immediately did this after the original Bad Apple video was released and had to use much older editing software than we use today. Another thing I enjoyed was the animator also added some unique touches and transitions to there stop motion video to give it more of an identity. This can be seen at 2:04 when the character Reisen fires a bullet from her finger and the scene transitions to the next characters which is also fitting because that is how she attacks in the actual games.
