Project 2_Rae

Some photos of my initial storyboard! My idea for now is to take photos of real locations for the backgrounds of each shot, and then draw the character on top of each individual frame to create the stop-motion effect -- though not currently sure if I'm gonna keep the stick figure or make it more detailed. I'm gonna try to make a short music video for one of my favorite songs at the moment, called "Flowers Grow Out Of My Grave" by Dead Man's Bones, because I really enjoy the imagery described in the lyrics and think it'll be really fun to try and animate.

My updated brainstorming process because my initial idea didn't end up working -- I ended up not doing a storyboard because of time constraints, but I found that writing all my ideas down was very helpful. I was also in a rush to finish this idea in time, so I forgot to stop and take progress photos during the process.
