Week 6_Weekly Response_Ashley Robinson

This week I noticed that none of the animations we're collage like some of the previous weeks videos. The Father and daughter animation reminded me a lot of the Happy Time Short Film-Water color animation from week 4. It had a vintage feel to it with the mostly brownish-gray monotone color palette with little splashes of blue (mostly toward the end). The figures in the animation are more like silhouettes with faces and the legs resemble stick figures. The whole animation has a painterly hand drawn quality to it which makes it very charming though the story was a bit on the sad side.
