Week 3_Response_Ashley

 In this collage animation the visuals are really intriguing. There isn't really a storyline in the videos we've been watching as a class and this one is one of them. Though the greenish sort of earthy tone color scheme and black background really create a sense of unity throughout the video. Another thing that sort of gives it a sense of unity is the usage of historical figures, things in nature like bugs,
and  flowers/flower fields. One thing I dislike about the video is I wish there was a little more going on if that makes sense. It feels very stiff at times but I think the creativity in the editing  and the shortness of the video makes up for that. One part that I did like was the scene with the bugs crawling on the mans face and it made it look like they're eating him. That to me was very clever I enjoyed the overall video and  it even gives me a good sense of where to go with my project.
