 I decided to write my thoughts on the Thin Flower video by Jade Morris. The themes throughout the video were consistent with the video referencing back to different parts in the video on other parts. It was an overlay type of thing. The way the entire thing was edited is amazing to me. It is very clean with nice pictures and videos that line up or combine well together. The way the artist was able to do the layering effect with having a video in the background but movement in the front with the images placed in. The opacity and videos were chosen well. I also like that the ending connects back to the beginning ending in the same way as it opened up as the audience was “taking a pill” and went on a trip, as I assume it to what it was implying.
